Which products do I need?

You can check with your instructor for their recommendation, as courses may vary by location. You can start with whatever fits your budget, but be warned: once you see how awesome and effective these DVDs are, you’ll want everything we offer! The core products for Baby Signing Time Classes are “Baby Signing Time” Volumes 1-4. The core products for Signing Time Classes are “Signing Time, Series One” Volumes 1–13.

Do I need to take classes with these DVDs?

Signing Time and Baby Signing Time DVDs are so simple and fun that all you have to do is watch! However, at the request of our customers who value face-to-face interaction with other like-minded families, we now offer community classes through Signing Time Academy’s network of Certified Instructors. Classes are designed to put into practice the material you’ll be learning at home on the DVDs. It’s the best of both worlds!

How often do I need to watch these DVDs?

Watch them as often as you feel comfortable doing. This is an educational program, and by watching Signing Time, your child will learn through repetition, “modeling” (watching other children signing) and real-life use of the signs you are learning together. Many families to make “Signing Time” part of their daily regimen just like nap time, book time, play time, and lunch time. Your child will look forward to watching and learning with Signing Time every day!
