Requirements for Level 3 Adv. Signing Time Instructor:

• Must have graduated from high school or equivalent (passed GED).
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Must have access to high speed internet (most of the training is online), email, and be able to use Adobe Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
• Complete at least FOUR formal ASL classes and submit documentation/transcripts.
• Level 2 application/processing fees and Start-Up Kit (contains the materials, supplies, and curriculums you need) = $599.99
• Pay annual licensing/membership fee (select $100/year or $9.95/monthly) to maintain Certification status and have access to Instructor's Lounge online. First 3 months are free.
• After your application is received:
• Must submit a resume, letter of recommendation, and two short videos showing your signing and teaching presence (details will be provided after application is submitted)
• Must pass a basic background check.
• Complete an interview with the Signing Time Academy Director via phone or Skype
